Long time since we've emailed and chatted! Please drop in and visit the Class of 1970 (restricted to registered on hhsalum.org members and to Class of 1970 alums, Winter and Summer) GROUP (Community link - click on Groups and then on Class of 1970 and ask to be invited to join which you will be as a registered hhsalum.org member). I started the first thread about proposing an alternate reunion date for the Fall (any Saturday between Labor Day and Columbus Day were raised as possibles: Sept. 11th, the 18th, the 25th and Oct. 2nd). Getting tired of having to always have a reunion in the summer and during a seasonal time I simply cannot make due to fiscal and budget legislation. Now that kids are mostly grown and out of the house, we should be able to think and plan as adults and not have to worry about letting things during our 10th, 20th and 30th reunions be obstacles. I know we also need your input on venue (event location) suggestions -- see my starter post and you'll get it. Also, please email me at aifulginiti@gmail.com so we can discuss other classmates you might be in touch with who aren't yet registered here or locatable on classmates.com or Facebook.com. At least have them check in with Valerie Gumbiner Weiss at valkgw@yahoo.com or me. Hope you're having a great summer. We were having a nice one until the last week of July and first week of August and are trying to climb out of this heat wave.
