JOHN MOLTENO MAYS Of Malibu, California died on Monday, August 15, 2011 of natural causes. He was 88. His career at Bell Telephone Laboratories, the National Science Foundation, on the President's Science Advisory Committee and at the National Institute of Education helped to shape the role of the government in the behavioral and social sciences.
