Achieve the Honorable-The HHSAA will be there giving scholarships for deserving seniors as always. We are going to take a few minutes to Honor Mr. Dick Rippey who recently passed away.

Event Description
Dick Rippey was the ultimate Sheik of Hollywood High. He gave 50 years of his life to the school, the students and the alumni year after year. He gave a scholarship yearly in honor of his wife who had passed away some time ago. He attended the football games every year, Alumni Day as well as Achieve the Honorable where he will be in spirit on Tuesday evening, May 31, 2016!
Please join us to celebrate the life and revotion of this honorable man. A HHS Coach, Teacher, Vice Principal and friend of the Alumni Association who we will all miss dearly.

I HAD NOT SEEN DICK SINCE GRADUATION IN S-59, BUT KNEW HIM AND ALICE AT LE CONTE JR. HIGH. THEY BOTH ACHIEVED THE "HONORABLE".
