65 years and counting
Hi to any of the Class of Summer 1954. I was on the Class 50's website for several years and the obit list seemed to just get longer and longer until the webmasters simply were not able to keep the site going. I moved to McAllen Texas in '72 and then to Austin in' 84 where I still live and work. I have been a commercial builder/developer all my life and continue in managing the various investment properties I own on a daily basis. My one adventure out of the real estate business was as the President and Chairman of Emerald Airlines, a 1980 start-up after deregulation of the airline business. We flew 9 DC9 jets in passenger service and later I bought Royale Airlines of Louisiana combining them both with a hub in New Orleans serving the Southern Crescent route up to Boston. I sold that in 1990 and went back into the development business. I'm married and have 3 children, 5 grand children and am active in my Methodist Church. Love to hear from any of my classmate of the 50's.
