I have just finished remodeling a house in Oregon City, and it have to sell it soon, or I'm doomed. I can't get a refi on stated income anymore. The bank crooks are trying to make "flippers" look like the bad guys. This country was built on horse traders and commerce. Oh well, if I get out of this with my shirt it will be a good thing. I have one daughter and 2 grandkids, a collie, a yellow lab and a dove (I've had doves for years - since my daughter was HQ).
