I SAW YOUR VERY RECENT RALPHS MARKETS NOTE AND REMEMBERED THAT YOU HAD TRIED TO CONTACT PATSY REDD, SO I WAS HAPPY TO SEE THAT YOU WERE STILL INVOLVED,
I WAS AMAZED WHEN I GOT A REPLY FROM YOU WITHIN HALF AND HOUR. I SEE THE HOLLYWOOD HIGH ALUM WEB SITE IS WORKING.
UNFORTUNATELY, I SEEM TO BE THE ONLY CLASS OF '46 MEMBER THAT IS ACTIVE.
I WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND A 70TH REUNION FOR THE CLASS OF '46, BUT IT DOESN'T LOOK LIKE THERE WILL BE ONE.
Hello
I lived on Normandy and Santa monica blvd. I graduated in 1942. My brothers Arnold and Herb attended also. I studied physics. It was my favorite subject because thats where the boys were...
Dear Charline, many thanks for your comment on my aunt's site. I had to put a date in a box and put my mother's graduation day. I am sorry to have misled you. Obviously, I am not who you think I am. I finally figured out how to write back to you. I pushed some button with an envelope and the rest is history. Anyway, my mother passed away when I was 15 years old, and her sister, Ruth Lovina Galbreath, stepped up to the plate in her place. My aunt spoke fondly of her years at Hollywood High School. I live in CT and must close for now. Thanks again for reaching out. KathySue Roberts
