I have just finished remodeling a house in Oregon City, and it have to sell it soon, or I'm doomed. I can't get a refi on stated income anymore. The bank crooks are trying to make "flippers" look like the bad guys. This country was built on horse traders and commerce. Oh well, if I get out of this with my shirt it will be a good thing.
