Hi. I've been wondering when you'd see me in the alumni pages! I've been just fine. Going to be a grandma in August, a little girl. Still swimming and working from my home (when the mood hits). Still with the same guy, Bruce. Still live in the same house in Davis. My 2 boys are doing extremely well. So life's been good. Are you still up in the mountains outside of San Diego? What are you doing? You look fantastic!

I tried retirement a few times early-on - failed Big Time. About five or so years past I accepted an adjunct faculty appointment at Columbia University (International Organised Crime) which subsequently draw my being back into the Harvard, et al community once again. I'm living for the most part in Cambridge MA / New York / London, and travelling a good deal in connection with my work. I have two daughters (grad school: Harvard and London School of Economics), who came into my life when their natural parents were killed in an auto accident (I then adopted the girls [as a single parent]). At the time I was then residing in Tokyo JPN. Reflecting upon our early friendship, I recall your buddy - the Finnish gal. If you still keep touch with your former colleague, please convey my kind regards. This Summer (thru next Summer) I'm obliged to undertake some intense academic / professional training in-line with a project I am involved with. In turn, I have the pleasure of using my brain instead of sitting around which I specialised in during my earlier retirements.
